The Tourism Enhancement Fund (TEF) has further cemented its commitment to the families of Saint Lucia’s tourism workforce, welcoming 22 new students into the prestigious Eileen Paul Scholarship Programme. The latest expansion, announced during an awards ceremony at Sandals Halcyon Beach on Thursday, August 20, 2026, elevates the total number of beneficiaries to 79 since the initiative’s inception in 2021.
