Sole proprietor of “Frances’ Rub”, Frances Severin has expanded her booth to incorporate an additional bed. She says this addition is needed to cater to her increased business and continue her work on people’s bodies. She also attests that increased cruise ship activities has benefited her business, as she not only caters to locals, but to tourists as well.
