The match kicked off with an action-packed first half, thrilling enthusiastic fans with five goals.
Gros Islet Youth struck first when Shevon Byron converted a penalty in the 8th minute. However, Northern United quickly responded; just three minutes later, Dewonte Howell leveled the score with another penalty.
Traylon Henry then put Northern United ahead with a goal in the 29th minute, but Gros Islet Youth equalized again through Mekhi Stanislas in the 35th minute. Henry netted his second just before halftime, ensuring Northern United led 3-2 at the break.

The second half was more tactical, with both teams battling for control. The deciding moment came in the 75th minute when Jerquan Joseph scored, solidifying the final score at 4-2 and securing the cup alongside a cash prize of $7,000.
In the third-place playoff, New Generation defeated Monchy 3-1, earning $2,000 for their efforts. Gros Islet Youth received $4,000 and a trophy for their runner-up position, while Monchy took home $500 for finishing fourth.
