A domestic dispute between a mother and her son in Anse Ger, Micoud, has turned fatal, prompting a late-night emergency response from the Saint Lucia Fire Service and the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force. One person was found unconscious and unresponsive at the scene following a reported stabbing incident.
