Ninety Saint Lucians have been officially certified in a range of skills and proficiencies under the umbrella of the Saint Lucia Council for Technical and Vocational Education & Training (SLCTVET). The graduation ceremony took place last Friday at the Financial Administrative Centre in Castries.
